Kelly Middleton is a former superintendent of a public school district in Kentucky with 32 years of experience in education. He speaks, trains, and consults with schools across the country.
Over the past 19 years, he's published six books on how to utilize customer service concepts to help your school retain and attract students and to improve your school's culture and success. He's also published one book on ADHD—a resource many educators and administrators may find helpful.
